Ecolabels can only be used by organizations that have signed an Ecolabel Licensing Agreement with MSC International. All usage of the MSC ecolabel must be sent to ecolabel@msc.org (or the responsible Account Manager/Officer) for approval before publication. Misuse is a violation of our Trademark and may lead to prosecution.
