30 Sec. Script:
Knowing where your food comes from is so important. Traceability goes hand in hand with sustainability as the best way to verify the source of your food and ensure claims are accurate and not fraudulent. It’s especially important in seafood because the supply chain is complex and globally, up to 30% of seafood is mislabeled. Unlike some other sustainability claims, MSC certified seafood is traceable at each step - so you know it truly comes from a certified sustainable source and avoids seafood fraud. Just look for the MSC blue fish label.
