Logos and ecolabels can only be used by organisations that have signed an Ecolabel Licensing Agreement with MSC International. All usage of the ASC or MSC ecolabels must be sent to ecolabel@msc.org (or the responsible Account Manager/Officer) for approval before publication. Misuse is a violation of our Trademark and may lead to prosecution.
