Jacqui Macalister joined IKEA Food Services AB just over a year ago to develop and execute a new health and sustainability direction. This includes IKEA Food’s recent commitment to sourcing and selling only MSC and ASC certified fish.
Before joining IKEA Food, Jacqui worked for McDonalds where she led their European supply chain sustainability work and co-developed McDonald’s global sustainable sourcing strategy. She also previously worked for Business in the Community, a UK-based corporate responsibility organisation, on its Corporate Responsibility Index.
